Open Surfaces and expand Settings. Each surface has its own settings. This is the only place to change them.
The settings
- On or Off: a surface that is off answers nothing.
- Where will visitors see this? Choose On our public pages or In our team's tools. Public pages never use memory you marked for your team only.
- Length: short, medium, long, or a number of words.
- What should we show if something goes wrong? The text people see when a draft cannot be made on-brand.
- Model: keep Default (recommended) to use the model Berchtold picks. A model that is no longer offered shows (no longer offered). Choose another one.
- Audience personas it can write for: choose the personas this surface can use. With none chosen, it can use any of them. Add personas in Settings → Audience personas.
Select Save settings to save. The on and off switch saves on its own.
