Start with native email
Berchtold uses its own contacts, lists, templates, and email campaigns. You do not need an ActiveCampaign sync to use the CRM or send native campaigns.
Open Email → Settings to set up sending. Complete the checks before you send. Your role and the workspace's email setting control which tools you can use.
Prepare a campaign
Choose a subscription list. Build and publish a template, then create a campaign. Preview the content with a contact's details. Check who can receive it before you send.
Imported contacts may keep old source or list names. These show where data came from. They do not mean a sync is active. Importing a contact does not give consent to send marketing email.
