Choose the source documents
On a deal, select Read the contract (PDFs). Choose the contract with its counters, addenda, and amendments. The reader considers them together. Check that you have permission to use the files.
The reader suggests changes to dates, terms, price, and people. Review what it finds. A later unsigned amendment does not prove the parties agreed to a change.
Find the results
Read the result message. It lists files that were used or left out, with reasons. Follow the review link to Suggested updates. If they fail to load, use the retry action.
Suggestions show proposed changes separately from the saved record. Inspect the source and current value, then accept or dismiss each proposal. Use Accept all changes only after reviewing the whole set. To enter a different deadline term, use Key dates.
What acceptance does
Accept a proposal to save the change through the record's rules. Then check the record and Activity. Reading a suggestion does not accept it. Creating one does not accept it either.
The record may change while you review it. Refresh and compare the new values before you try again. Read the signed documents yourself; AI output still needs your review.
Document storage
The reader processes source files. It is not a Document Library. Check the upload screen for how it handles PDFs. Keep the originals in your team's approved storage and follow its rules for keeping documents.
