Properties are their own records
A property is a home or a lot. It is a separate record from the deals on it. One property can have many deals over time.
Open Deals → Properties. Search by address, city, ZIP code or MLS number. Filter by Property type or Listing status. Select New property to add one.
What a property record shows
- Property Information: the address, county, property type and MLS number. It also has the beds, baths, square feet, lot size and year built. It shows the list price, the listing status and the description.
- Current owners: the buyers on the latest won purchase deal. Owners show after a won purchase deal lists its buyers.
- Deals on this property: every deal on the property.
- Price history: each change to the list price or the listing status.
- Tasks and notes.
A listing status is Coming soon, Active, Pending, Sold or Off market.
Choose a property on a deal
Open the deal. Use Property in the header to choose a property, change it or make a new one. You can also remove the property from the deal.
