What the Assistant page does
Open Automations → Assistant. Here you ask the Assistant to do a job. A job can plan content, find search opportunities, write a blog draft or check your measurement.
Steps with risk wait in your Inbox for approval.
Run a job now
Choose a job card. The dialog shows the skills it uses and what happens.
Some jobs ask questions first, for example the number of shots.
You can link the job to a campaign. The campaign keeps the drafts, approvals and results together.
Choose Run now. The run page opens. Follow the steps there.
Write your own request
Choose Write a request. Tell the Assistant what to do. Choose Start.
Schedule Assistant work
Workspace admins can schedule a job. Choose Schedule Assistant work. Set how often, the day, the time and the time zone. All schedules are also in Activity.
Trust
Each job keeps a record of the approvals. When people approve enough of its work, the job can earn trust. A person must agree. Then safe steps go on without a wait. You can take the trust back at any time.
