Reports on deals, leads, contacts and email

See closings, GCI, your pipeline, leads and speed to lead, your database and your email, for you, your team, or your whole team or brokerage.

Workspace settingAvailability is controlled by your workspace. Ask your administrator about access.

Open Reports → Deals for Production, Pipeline, Leads and Contacts. Open Reports → Email for email. Goals are in Work → Goals. You see them when your workspace has Contacts and Deals and you can read them.

Choose the period and the people

  • Period: a month, a quarter, a year, the last 12 months, or your own dates.
  • Show: your own numbers, your team, the whole team or brokerage, another team or one agent.
  • An agent sees their own numbers. A team leader sees their team. Admins and people with See all records see the whole team or brokerage. A team that works under partner brokerages sees Whole team. A brokerage sees Whole brokerage.
  • Your team is you and the people the roster names you Manager of, down the chain. Set it in Settings → Users → Roster.

Each number is compared with the same dates a year earlier. Real estate is seasonal, so this October is compared with last October.

Every number opens its records

Select a number to see the deals or contacts behind it. Select a deal or contact to open it.

How the numbers count

  • Closings and GCI count on the deal's closing date. With no closing date, they count on the day the deal was marked Won.
  • GCI is the GCI on the deal. With none, Berchtold uses your side's commission from the deal's rates and fees.
  • Contracts written count on the contract date. A contract that fell through still counts.
  • Pending is open deals under contract today.
  • Days in stage count from the day a deal moved to its stage, or from the day it was made.

Leads and speed to lead

  • A lead is a deal made in the period. Deals that came in through an import are not leads.
  • The source is the original source of the lead's main contact, for example a web form, iHomefinder or Calendly.
  • Lead to closing follows the leads made in the period to today. It counts how many reached an appointment, a contract and a closing. An appointment is a lead that reached Active.
  • First response is the time to the first call, text or email a person sent. Automations and AI do not count.
  • From your website shows the leads that came from a web page or website chat, by page and campaign. Website visits are in Audience.

Contacts and email

  • Going cold is a contact with no call, text, email, note or task from a person in 90 days.
  • Email shows campaign email and one-to-one email. A team program's email counts for each member it came from.
  • Open and click rates are of the email delivered. Some email apps open email on their own, so open rates can read high.

All workspaces

If your organization has two or more workspaces, and you see everyone in them, Show has All workspaces. The report adds them up, and a table shows each workspace.

Export

Select Export:

  • Download CSV saves the numbers on screen as a spreadsheet file.
  • Download PDF makes a branded report with the same picks. Only you can see or open it.

Claude, ChatGPT and Muse can read the same reports through Berchtold.
