Open Listings in the menu. It uses your workspace's MLS data license. If your workspace has no license yet, a workspace admin can request one in Settings > Integrations.
Our listings
Our listings shows the listings of your workspace's members, from the MLS:
- Active: active, coming soon and pending listings.
- Sold: closed sales. A sale where your agent represented the buyer shows "Represented the buyer".
- Off-market: withdrawn, expired and canceled listings. Only your team sees these; they never show on your website.
- Supplemental: listings you add yourself, such as a sale from before you joined the MLS.
A listing is yours when its listing agent or buyer's agent is a member's MLS ID. Each member adds their MLS ID on their profile. Page views count the visits to each listing's page on your websites.
To add a supplemental listing, open a property in Deals > Properties and turn on Show on website. Add a photo and, for a past sale, the sale date. Supplemental listings show on your website with the label "Not from the MLS".
Markets
A market is a saved search, such as "Affton homes under $400,000". Build it once and use it in three places:
- Website pages. In Pages, choose your websites. Each market gets a listings page, an open houses page and a market report page, such as
/markets/affton. You can add them to a menu. - Website blocks. In the website editor, the Listings and Market numbers blocks can use a market instead of their own search.
- Emails to subscribers. In Subscribers, add contacts and choose what they get. You can also open a contact and select Add to a market in its Website section.
There are two kinds of market. A search market follows its criteria: areas, price, beds, baths, property type and status. A picked listings market shows only the MLS numbers you choose.
Subscriber emails
- Listing report: new listings, price drops, homes back on the market, and sales. It goes instantly, daily (the default) or weekly.
- Open house report: the open houses in the next 7 days, every Thursday afternoon.
- Market report: the month's numbers, the trend for the last 6 months, and the new and sold homes. It goes on the first day of each month.
Emails come from the market's agent, or from your workspace. Each email has a link to stop it. When a subscriber does not open 14 daily emails in a row, the emails become weekly. After 4 unopened weekly emails, they become monthly. A note on the contact tells you.
A contact you add gets emails at once. A visitor who subscribes on your website gets emails after they confirm their email address.
