Before you start
Choose the brand you want to connect. Open Settings → Integrations. You need permission to manage its connections and access to the provider account.
Choose a service
The setup method depends on the service:
- Google, Meta, X, and LinkedIn: use the sign-in flow shown for the integration, when available.
- Buffer: enter the access token in its setup form.
- Email: use Berchtold’s native sending setup in Email → Settings. See Set up email.
- WordPress + DAM: enter the Berchtold Abilities URL and BA API key.
Follow the setup form for your chosen service. Read the access request before you agree. To send social posts from Studio, connect Buffer. A direct social link does not replace Buffer.
Check the result
Save the form or finish signing in. Then check the status and test result. An old key, denied access, or a service outage can block use. See connection troubleshooting.
Personal Google Drive access is managed in Profile. Brand connections belong to the selected workspace.
