Open the deal
Open Deals and choose a record. The header shows its title, status, pipeline, stage, value, and owner. Select a value to edit it where allowed.
A pipeline describes a process, and its stages describe progress through that process. Deal status and an expected closing date are separate pieces of information. A closing date passing does not prove that a deal has closed.
Link the people and property
Use the property picker near the top of the deal to choose its property. In Parties, link the contacts involved and set their roles. These links let your team reach the existing contact records instead of keeping duplicate contact information on the deal.
Real estate workspaces can also assign a coordinator and configure the transaction assistant. Availability depends on workspace settings and permissions.
Keep work in Tasks
Create and assign work in Tasks. Tasks hold responsibility, due dates, completion, and notifications. Key dates explains the contract's deadlines; it is not a second task checklist.
Workflows can apply task templates and respond to configured events. Check the pipeline's automation rules before assuming a stage change has no other effects. A date alone must not be used as proof of completion.
Review suggested changes
Suggested updates shows proposed changes. They are not yet saved facts. Read each value and its source, then accept or dismiss it. Check Activity to see what changed.
Understand win probability
Win probability is an estimate from the system. It is not a custom field or a promise that the deal will close. Expand How it’s calculated for details. Fix the record's data if it is wrong.
