What Content Audit does

Open Analytics → Content Audit in your brand workspace. Review the content found by your crawl and connected apps. Decide what to keep, update, or remove. A build may not find every page on your site.

The top cards show how much content you have and how much still needs review. They also show missing tags and brand-fit scores. ROT means redundant, outdated, or trivial. Treat each flag as a reason to review the page, not to delete it.

Coverage and the library

The Coverage map groups website content by pillar and funnel stage. Switch between Count and Traffic to compare page counts with search clicks. A dash means clicks were not measured. Totals count only the pages with data. Click a cell to see its pages in the library.

Use All, Site, and Social to choose a content group. Table and Grid show the same rows. Search by title, URL, or path. Use the filters to find a pillar, stage, ROT flag, status, change, or action. Sort the results and use the page buttons to see more rows.

Make and save decisions

Editors can change tags, actions, and status on a row or a group of rows. Your choices stay saved when the next build runs. Cull means you plan to remove a page. It does not delete the page. Redirect also saves a plan; it does not set up a redirect.

Tagging and scoring run in the background. The screen shows pages that still need tags or scores. It also shows pages that could not be read. Check the results against the page before you act on them.

Scope and history

Builds save a record of the crawl and the page metrics they found. The library shows new pages, changed content, and pages that returned a 404 or 410. A page missing from search data or a sitemap may still exist.

There are no Audit Board, Issues, Trends, or lift-report tabs on this screen. Use Technical SEO to review crawl issues. Use Performance to study results. Export your audit to plan and assign work outside this screen.

Large sites have limits on how much data each view can show. The screen tells you when results are capped. An export that is too large asks you to narrow your filters. Each source may also have its own data limits.
