Change the app language
Open Profile and choose your preferred language. The app supports English, German, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese. Your choice does not change teammates' preferences or translate the data entered in records.
Change the Help Center language
Use Language in the Help Center header. The language is part of the page URL, so a shared link opens with the same language selection. Switching languages keeps you on the corresponding article or topic.
Help navigation, search messages, appearance controls, and dates follow the selected locale. Search includes the article text available for that language.
When an article has not been translated
A notice tells you when an article is shown in English. Translated menus do not mean the article itself is translated. If a translation is out of date, we show the current English text until it is updated.
Record values, product names, machine keys, and personalization token syntax are not automatically translated. Release notes are displayed in their original language.
Appearance is separate
Choose Light, Dark, or System under Appearance. System follows your device preference. Appearance does not change your language selection.
