Hans: the system assistant
Open Assistant to work with Hans. Ask about your workspace's data and tools. You can also start from a record's assistant control. Check which person or deal is in context before you ask.
Ask a clear question or make a request. You could ask for a summary or help with a follow-up. Answers depend on your data, tools, and access. Missing data should stay missing. The assistant should not invent it.
Elsa: transaction assistance
Real estate workspaces can use Elsa, the transaction assistant. Check deal settings and Transaction manager for the tools you can use. Elsa can suggest changes from contracts, notes, calls, and email where supported.
Review the source and proposed change before accepting it. A suggestion, a task proposal, and a completed action are different states. A date passing does not authorize the assistant to claim that a transaction closed or that work was completed.
Check what happened
A chat answer may not be a saved action. Read the result and any errors or approval requests. Check key changes in the record and Activity. If a response is slow, check its status before you send the request again.
Connected AI tools
Use MCP to connect supported outside AI tools. The tools must follow your team's access and review rules. MCP does not bypass them. Agent-to-agent messaging is separate. A working MCP link does not mean agents can talk to each other.
