Brand access and organization roles
Brand roles set what you can do within one brand. Your role in the organization sets who can manage it and pay bills. Billing access alone does not let you edit each brand.
Invite a teammate
Open Settings → Users for the brand. You need permission to manage users. Invite a teammate by email and choose their Role. Show or change permissions shows what the role allows.
Access is split into CRM, Brand, Content, Publishing, Analytics, and Settings. Use Settings access to manage the team.
The invitation gets the role as it is when the person accepts. You can change a person's role or permissions, or remove their access, from this screen. Use the invitation link to join the intended brand rather than creating a separate workspace.
Roles
A role is a set of permissions with a name, such as Agent or Transaction coordinator. Each brand has its own roles, under Roles on the Users screen.
- Admin has every permission. It can't be changed, so the brand always has a role that can manage it.
- Editor and Viewer are built in. You can change them for this brand, and Reset puts them back.
- New role makes your own. Start from another role's permissions, then change them.
When you change a role, everyone with it gets the new permissions. You can delete a role only when nobody has it.
A person whose permissions you change by hand shows as Custom. Changes to roles don't change them. Choose a role again to follow it.
The brand always keeps at least one person who can manage it. The Users screen won't remove the last one or take their Settings access away.
See Organization members for owner, admin, and billing roles.
